Cliff Wallace, P.E.
President

Mr. Wallace has over fifty years of experience in the building systems field, with experience ranging from hands-on system operation to campus master planning and design. As Principal-In-Charge, Mr. Wallace has developed design solutions for numerous systems and building types. These projects have ranged from Hospitals to Museums and other buildings that require critical environments. Included were Federal Archive centers and the development of the design standards for future centers. Other critical environmental projects included data centers, operating suites, laboratories, and clean rooms. Recently Mr. Wallace, after retiring from Leach Wallace Associates, has been providing consulting services directly to owners. These services have included PEER reviews, Remedial engineering, Design-Build Assistance, and acting as an “Expert” in rendering opinions concerning engineering applications.

Mr. Wallace is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and the National Council of Examiners registers the District of Columbia and for Engineering Surveying. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional, AABC Balancing Technician, ACG Certified Commissioning Agent and 1997 Engineering Society of Baltimore “Engineer of the Year.”
